香砂枳术汤联合推拿对脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良患者胃动力的影响

Effect of Xiangsha Zhizhu decoction combined with massage on gastric motility in patients with functional dyspepsia spleen of stomach weakness syndrome

目的探讨香砂枳术汤联合推拿对脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良患者胃动力的影响。方法抽取2021年5月至2023年3月临沂市中医医院收治的脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良患者76例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组采取常规西药(曲美布汀)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取香砂枳术汤联合推拿治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、胃动力指标及胃激素水平。结果观察组的总有效率(97.37%,37/38)高于对照组(76.31%,29/38),P<0.05。治疗前,两组胃动力指标、胃激素水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组胃窦收缩幅度、收缩频率均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃动素(MTL)均上升,胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)均下降,且观察组MTL高于对照组,GAS、SS低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取香砂枳术汤与推拿联合治疗脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良患者,可改善患者临床症状,增强其胃动力,调节胃激素水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiangsha Zhizhu decoction combined with massage on gastric motility in patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach weakness syndrome.Methods Seventy-six patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach weakness syndrome admitted to Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment(trimebutine),while the observation group received Xiangsha Zhizhu decoction combined with massage treatment based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,gastric motility indicators,and levels of gastric hormones were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.37%,37/38)was higher than that of the control group(76.31%,29/38),P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in gastric motility indicators and levels of gastric hormones between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the peak and frequency of gastric antral contraction increased in both groups,and the two indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,motilin increased,while gastrin(GAS)and somatostatin(SS)decreased in both groups.After treatment,MTL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while GAS and SS were lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Xiangsha Zhizhu decoction and massage can significantly improve clinical symptoms,enhance gastric motility,and regulate levels of gastric hormones in patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome.
