作为基层治理的重要组成部分,党支部建设的顺利开展直接关系到基层治理相关工作的有序进行。党支部虽小,但党支部自身职责与使命重大,这就要求我们在基层治理过程中格外注重党支部建设。学生党支部作为高校基层党组织,属于国家基层治理工作大局中的一部分,通过高校学生党支部建设工作的有序开展,以此形成强大合力,有助于基层治理的现代化。与此同时,作为国家治理的基石,基层治理的现代化对于实现国家治理体系与治理能力现代化、走好中国式现代化发展道路尤为重要。因此,通过探析高校学生党支部建设助力基层治理现代化的路径,有助于形成中国式现代化的基层治理范式,坚定不移推动中国式现代化的发展,从而实现第二个百年奋斗目标。

As an important part of grassroots governance,the smooth implementation of party branch construction is directly related to the orderly implementation of grassroots governance.Although the party branch is small,the party branch’s own significant responsibility and mission require us to pay more attention to the party branch construction in the grassroots governance process.As a university grassroots party organization,the student party branch is part of the national grassroots governance.Through the orderly implementation of the construction of the university student party branch,it forms a strong synergy and contributes to the modernization of grassroots governance.At the same time,as the cornerstone of national governance,grassroots governance modernization is particularly important to achieve the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and to take the road of modern development in Chinese style.Therefore,by exploring the path of the modernization of grassroots governance through the construction of student party branches,it helps to form a Chinese-style modernized paradigm of grassroots governance,and unswervingly promotes the development of Chinese-style modernization,so as to achieve the goal of“the second hundred years of struggle”.
