基于双创生态系统:高校体育专业大学生创业行为质性研究

A Qualitative Study on Entrepreneurship Behavior of College Students Majoring in Physical Education Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

探究高校体育专业大学生的创业意向及内涵,构建双创生态环境理论框架。通过问卷调查、实地走访等,我们对357名体育专业的学生进行调查,结果表明:政策生态环境、经济生态环境、主观规范对体育专业学生的创业意向呈现正向的显著性,分别为0.146(t=8.170)、0.039(t=2.184)、0.472(t=27.154);创业意向对创业行为有正向显著影响,显著性为0.712(t=68.159);社会文化生态环境对创业意向的显著性较弱。结论:体育专业学生的双创意向受社会、政策、经济等多因素支配。建议:培养高校体育专业人才的双创意向应优化人才培养机制,从经济、政策、社会等方面构建“产学研”一体化的协同育人新机制。

The paper explores the entrepreneurial intentions and connotations of college students majoring in physical education,and constructs a theoretical framework for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship ecological environment.Through questionnaire surveys and field visits,we conducted a survey on 357 students majoring in sports.The results showed that the policy ecological environment,economic ecological environment,and subjective norms had a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of sports stu-dents,with values of 0.146(t=8.170),0.039(t=2.184),and 0.472(t=27.154),respectively.The entrepreneurial intention has a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial behavior,with a significance of 0.712(t=68.159).The significance of social and cultural eco-logical environment on entrepreneurial intention is relatively weak.A conclusion has been drawn that the dual creativity of sports major students is influenced by multiple factors,such as society,policies,and economy.We propose that the dual creative direction of culti-vating sports professionals in universities should optimize the talent training mechanism,and build a new collaborative education mech-anism that integrates“industry,academia,and research”from the aspects of economy,policy,and society.
