本文主要对盾构固定资产的管理现状进行分析,阐述了盾构设备使用管理过程中存在的主要问题,包括盾构机采购与调配、盾构机配件管理、盾构机维护保养和人员管理。并以延长设备使用寿命、降低施工成本、提升盾构施工效率为主要目标,通过合理安排施工筹划、盘活闲置设备、组建专业队伍、加强配件管理、做好成本管控、定期维护保养及加强人才培养等优化改进策略,实现降低设备故障率,提升盾构施工工效,以期为企业可持续高效发展提供管理经验及思路。

This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the management of the fixed assets of the shield,and expounds the main problems existing in the use and management of the shield equipment,including the procurement and deployment of the shield machine,the spare parts management of the shield machine,the maintenance of the shield machine and the personnel management.With the main goal of extending the service life of equipment,reducing construction costs and improving the efficiency of shield construction,the equipment failure rate can be reduced through reasonable arrangement of construction planning,activating idle equipment,setting up professional teams,strengthening parts management,cost control,regular maintenance and strengthening personnel training and other optimization and improvement strategies,improve the efficiency of shield construction,in order to provide management experience and ideas for sustainable and efficient development of enterprises.
