大连市校本研修实施状况与发展策略

摘要 以学校为主阵地的校本研修是一种具有创新性、动态性和可延续性的教师全员培训方式,对促进教师专业发展具有重要作用。大连市校本研修普遍具有立足教师专业梯队发展进行顶层设计、依托多元研修共同体的卓越引领、注重交流展示积淀的研修成果的特点,但研修制度有待完善、研修支持体系有待优化、研修内涵有待丰富、研修实效性和针对性有待提高,拟通过进一步提高校长校本研修领导力、完善校本研修制度、优化校本研修支持体系、丰富校本研修内涵、提高校本研修实效性和针对性的发展策略,全面提升校本研修质量和效益,助推教师专业发展。 School-based research is an innovative,dynamic and sustainable way to train teachers,which plays an important role in promoting teachers’professional development.Dalian school-based research generally has the following characteristics:a top-level design based on the development of teachers’professional team,an excellent lead relying on the pluralistic research community and the focus on research results through exchange,display and accumulation,but research system needs to be perfected,research support system needs to be optimized,the connotation of research needs to be enriched,and the effectiveness and pertinence of research needs to be improved.It is proposed to comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of schoolbased research and promote the professional development of teachers through the following development strategies:further improve the principals’leadership of school-based research to perfect school-based research system,optimize the support system,enrich the connotation of school-based research and promote the effectiveness and pertinence of school-based research.
