摘要
教育数据是我国教育改革的战略工具,是教育决策科学化的有力支撑,也是教育评价范式转变的重要突破口,以数据赋能教育评价成为教育现代化改革的核心动能。数字化转型背景下数据赋能教育评价的内在逻辑表征为增值取向、数据驱动、范式转型。然而,数据赋能教育评价当下仍面临情感丧失与标准化趋同、学生成长空间受限与窄化风险以及过程性不平等扩散与正义遮蔽等现实困境。实质上,何以靶向突破数据赋能教育评价现实困境以及深层推进我国教育数字化转型进程,其优化方略在于以价值理性为评价导向,回归教育评价育人本位;以数据使用规约为保障,构建至善的教育评价范式;以数据平台建设为动力,提升教育评价教育效能,为教育实践的进一步发展提供可行性支持。
Educational data serves as a strategic tool in China's education reform,providing a robust foundation for scientific decision-making in education and serving as a crucial breakthrough point for the transformation of the education evaluation paradigm.Empowering education evaluation through data has become the core driving force behind the modernization of educational reform.Against the backdrop of digital transformation,the intrinsic logic of empowering education evaluation with data is characterized by value enhancement,data-driven processes,and paradigm shifts.However,the current scenario of data-driven education evaluation is still confronted with realistic predicaments such as emotional loss and standardization convergence,restricted and narrowed spaces for student growth,as well as the diffusion of procedural inequality and the concealment of justice.In essence,to effectively address the real challenges in empowering education evaluation with data and to deeply advance the digital transformation of education in China,the optimization strategy lies in adopting a value-oriented rationality as the guiding principle for evaluation,returning to the humancentric essence of educational evaluation.Furthermore,it involves establishing data usage regulations as safeguards to construct a virtuous educational evaluation paradigm.Additionally,leveraging data platform construction as a driving force is essential to enhance the educational efficacy of evaluation,thereby providing feasible support for the further development of educational practices.
