摘要
从自然、社会、环境、经济和建设条件5大方面对园区规划用地适宜性评价的关键影响因素进行了研究。依据园区规划用地评价指标选取的原则,基于层次分析法,构建了评价指标体系,进行了模型构建、计算和分析,制定了指标评分的标准。在此基础上,对实际案例进行规划用地适宜性综合评价分析,并对最优选址进行园区规划项目布局。提出了研究成果的主要应用方向,为园区规划用地选址、设计等工作提供技术支持。
In this paper,the key influencing factors of the suitability evaluation of park planning land were studied from five aspects:natural,social,environmental,economic and construction conditions.According to the principle of selection of evaluation index of park planning land,based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the evaluation index system is constructed,the model construction,calculation and analysis are carried out,and the index scoring standard was formulated.On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the suitability of the planned land was carried out for the actual case,and the optimal site selection was carried out for the park planning project layout.The main application directions of the research results were put forward to provide technical support for the site selection and design of the park.
