数字赋能垃圾分类产业问题与对策——以镇江市为例

Problems and countermeasures of waste separation industry digitally empowered-Take Zhenjiang City as an example

将数字技术与垃圾分类产业进行融合,运用新技术、新模式等对垃圾分类产业链条中的环节进行数字赋能是垃圾分类产业转型升级和创新发展的必然要求。以镇江市为例,梳理出目前垃圾分类产业数字化治理中缺乏垃圾分类数字赋能政策、基础设施投入不足、缺乏垃圾分类全产业链监管、缺乏人才、公众认识不足等问题,据此针对性的提出完善数字赋能镇江垃圾分类产业的对策建议,包括加强政策引导、完善智能垃圾分类基础设施平台建设、构建智慧化监管机制、培养专业化的数字赋能垃圾分类产业人才和加强对数字赋能垃圾分类产业的宣传。

The integration of digital technology into the waste classification industry,as well as the digital empowerment of the waste classification industry chain via new technologies and models,are unavoidable requirements for the waste classification industry's transformation,upgrading,and innovative development.Using Zhenjiang as an example,it addressed the issues of lack of waste classification digital empowerment policy,sufficient infrastructure investment,supervision of the entire industry chain,talents and insufficient public awareness in the digital governance of the waste classification industry.Accordingly,it proposed countermeasures to improve the digital-enabled garbage classification industry in Zhenjiang,including strengthening policy guidance,improving the construction of intelligent garbage classification infrastructure platform,constructing intelligent supervision mechanism,cultivating professional digital-enabled garbage classification industry talents and strengthening the publicity of digital-enabled garbage classification industry.
