上海市级医院国际化发展评价指标体系构建研究

Construction of Evaluation Index System for Internationalization Development of Shanghai Municipal Hospitals

目的探索建立适合上海市级医院的国际化发展评价指标体系。方法通过检索文献建立初始指标池,通过三轮德尔菲专家咨询筛选指标并确定权重。结果构建了包含5个一级指标和38个二级指标的上海市级医院国际化发展评价指标体系。专家权威系数为0.790,三轮咨询后一、二级指标的意见协调系数分别为0.191(χ^(2)=16.014,P<0.01)和0.316(χ^(2)=245.825,P<0.01)。医疗国际化、人才国际化、科研国际化、教学国际化、管理国际化5个一级指标权重分别为25.48、19.67、21.52、17.86、15.47。结论构建的指标体系具有一定科学性和实用性,可引导和促进医院国际化建设。

Objective To explore the establishment of international development evaluation index system suitable for Shanghai municipal hospitals.Methods Literature review was used to choose candidate indicators,three rounds of Delphi expert consultation were used to select the indicators and determine the weight.Results The evaluation index system of internationalization development of Shanghai municipal hospitals was established,which included 5 first-level indexes and 38 second-level indexes.The expert authority coefficient was 0.790,and the opinion coordination coefficients of the first level and second level indexes after the three rounds of consultation were 0.191(χ^(2)=16.014,P<0.01)and 0.316(χ^(2)=245.825,P<0.01),respectively.The weights of the five first-level indicators of medical internationalization,talent internationalization,scientific research internationalization,teaching internationalization and management internationalization were 25.48,19.67,21.52,17.86 and 15.47,respectively.Conclusion The constructed index system was scientific and practical,which can guide and promote the internationalization construction of hospitals.
