成人每周中等强度休闲性身体活动推荐量研究

摘要 目的并非所有类型身体活动都益于个体健康,休闲性身体活动(LTPA)更能代表个人“主动运动”习惯且与个体健康关联程度更高,本研究通过LTPA为切入点,探究成人最佳LTPA推荐量。方法对507名成年人进行LTPA调查及生理生化指标测试,使用偏相关分析、ROC分析、二元Logistic回归模型对数据进行统计。结果:1)控制年龄、性别、工作性身体活动、交通性身体活动、家务性身体活动后,LTPA与腰围、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)呈负相关效应,与总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)呈正相关效应;2)控制混杂因素后,ROC分析结果显示预防高血糖LTPA要达到111min/w、预防肥胖要达到119min/w、预防高血压要达到107min/w、预防TG升高要达到119min/w、预防代谢综合征要达到107min/w;3)在调整混杂因素后,119min/wLTPA建立的回归模型拟合程度极好(Hosmer-Lemeshow检验2=2.712,P=0.951),满足119min/w推荐量后本受试者身体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、空腹血糖(FPG)、SBP、DBP、TG均下降(均OR<1,P<0.05)。结论:与不满足本研究119 min/w中等强度LTPA推荐量相比,满足本研究推荐量成人个体健康可能性越高,其血压、血脂、血糖、代谢综合征等心脏代谢指标异常几率均下降,基于此,建议成人每周进行不少于119min/w中等强度LTPA以获得较高的健康效益。 Objective Not all types of physical activity are beneficial to individual health,leisure physical activity(LTPA)is more representative of individual"active exercise"habits and more associated with individual health.Methods 507 adults were surveyed for LTPA and physiological and biochemical indexes,and the data were statistically analyzed using partial correlation analysis,ROC analysis,and binary logistic regression model.Results 1)After controlling for age,sex,work physical activity,transportation physical activity,and household physical activity,LTPA showed negative correlation effects with waist circumference,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),and triglycerides(TG),and positive correlation effects with total cholesterol(TC)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C);2)After controlling for confounding factors After controlling for confounders,the ROC analysis showed that 111 min/w for prevention of hyperglycemic LTPA,119 min/w for prevention of obesity,107 min/w for prevention of hypertension,119 min/w for prevention of elevated TG,and 107 min/w for prevention of metabolic syndrome;3)after adjusting for confounders,the regression established by 119 min/w LTPA model fit was excellent(Hosmer-Lemeshow test 2=2.712,P=0.951),and body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,fasting blood glucose(FPG),SBP,DBP,and TG decreased in this subject after meeting the recommended amount of 119 min/w(all OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with not meeting the recommended amount of 119 min/w moderate intensity LTPA in this study,the higher the likelihood of health of individual adults meeting the recommended amount in this study,the lower the odds of abnormal cardiometabolic indexes such as blood pressure,blood lipids,blood glucose,and metabolic syndrome,etc.Based on this,it is recommended that adults perform no less than 119 min/w moderate intensity LTPA per week to obtain higher health benefits.
