体育锻炼对大学生攻击行为的影响:有调节的中介模型

摘要 目的:探讨体育锻炼对大学生攻击行为的影响以及情绪调节能力与领悟社会支持的中介和调节作用。方法:采用体育活动等级量表、情绪调节量表、领悟社会支持量表以及攻击行为量表对南昌市各高校451名大学生进行问卷调查,并构建有调节的中介模型,运用Bootstrap方法对中介效应进行检验,采用process4.1对模型进行分析。结果:(1)大学生体育锻炼与情绪调节能力、领悟社会支持(r=0.66,p<0.001)(r=0.70,p<0.001)呈显著正相关;体育锻炼与攻击行为(r=-0.65,p<0.001)呈显著负相关。(2)情绪调节能力在体育锻炼与攻击行为之间发挥了部分中介作用,其部分中介效应值为-0.04,占总体效应的21%。(3)领悟社会支持调节了情绪调节能力中介效应的后半路径。结论:体育锻炼负向预测大学生攻击行为;体育锻炼对情绪调节能力起正向预测作用;情绪调节能力正向预测领悟社会支持;情绪调节能力和领悟社会支持负向预测大学生攻击行为;情绪调节能力起部分中介作用;领悟社会支持通过情绪调节能力影响攻击行为的后半路径起调节作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of physical exercise on college students'aggressive behavior,and the mediating and moderating role of emotion regulation ability and comprehension social support.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 451 college students in Nanchang using the Physical Activity Rating Scale,the Emotion Regulation Scale,the Perception Social Support Scale and the Aggression Behavior Scale,and a moderated mediation model was constructed,the Bootstrap method was used to test the mediation effect,and process4.1 was used to analyze the model.Results:(1)Physical exercise was significantly positively correlated with emotion regulation and perceived social support(R=0.66,P<0.001)(R=0.70,P<0.001),while physical exercise was negatively correlated with aggression(R=-0.65,P<0.001).(2)Emotion regulation ability played a partial mediating role between physical exercise and aggression,and its partial mediating effect was-0.04,accounting for 21%of the overall effect.(3)Comprehend that social support moderates the mediating effect of emotion regulation ability in the second half of the pathway.Conclusion:Physical exercise negatively predicts college students'aggression behavior.Physical exercise has a positive predictive effect on emotion regulation.Emotional regulation ability,positive prediction,comprehension,and social support;Emotional regulation ability and comprehension of social support negatively predicted college students'aggression behavior;Emotion regulation plays a partly mediating role;Perceive that social support plays a moderating role in influencing the second half of aggression through emotional regulation.
