美国、日本学校体育保险发展经验及对我国的启示

The Experience of School Sports Insurance Development in the United States and Japan and Implications for China

运用文献资料、比较分析等研究方法,探究美国、日本学校体育保险发展经验及对我国的启示。美国、日本作为开展学校体育保险普及的体育强国,主要经验有:健全的学校体育保险法律;以政府-家庭-学校之力推动学校体育保险的宣传;学校体育保险索赔数据库相对完善。对我国的启示有:特别制定地方学校体育保险法治框架;加大政府-家庭-学校三方对于学校体育保险的宣传力度;建立并完善学校体育保险索赔数据库。通过美国、日本的学校体育保险发展经验结合我国实际情况以更好的帮助学校体育保险的普及化。

Using literature,comparative analysis and other research methods,we explore the experience of the development of school sports insurance in the United States and Japan and the implications for China.The main experiences of the United States and Japan,as sports powerhouses with universal school sports insurance,include:sound school sports insurance laws;government-family-school efforts to promote school sports insurance;and a relatively complete school sports insurance claims database.The lessons for China include:the development of a local school sports insurance framework;the promotion of school sports insurance by the government,families and schools;and the establishment and improvement of a school sports insurance claims database.The experience of the US and Japan in the development of school sports insurance is combined with the actual situation in China to better help the popularisation of school sports insurance.
