摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高和饮食结构的变化,食品添加剂被广泛用于提高食品的口感、质量和保鲜期,以满足不断增长的食品需求。然而,这一趋势也伴随着对食品安全、人体健康以及环境生态系统可能带来的负面影响的担忧。本文研究了食品添加剂对食品安全构成的风险,旨在全面审视食品添加剂对食物安全的影响。为未来的食品生产和消费提供科学依据,以促进人类的全面健康和可持续发展。 With the improvement of people’s living standards and the change of diet structure,food additives are widely used to improve the taste,quality and shelf life of food to meet the growing demand for food.However,this trend is also accompanied by concerns about food safety,human health,and possible negative impacts on environmental ecosystems.This paper examines the risks posed by food additives to food safety and aims to provide a comprehensive review of the multifaceted impact of food additives on food safety.And provide scientific basis for future food production and consumption,so as to promote the overall health and sustainable development of human beings.
