摘要
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICPMS)测定油条中铝的残留量,对测定方法的不确定度进行了评定,构建了不确定度评定数学模型,分析了不确定度的主要来源,计算了各分量引入的不确定度,并将各分量进行合成。结果表明,当铝含量为273 mg·kg^(-1)时,扩展不确定度为21 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2)。该方法适用于初始样品浓度超出标准曲线范围,需要稀释得到准确结果的不确定评定,为检测结果的质量控制提供参考依据。
The microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the residual amount of aluminum in deep-fried dough sticks.We evaluated the uncertainty of the measurement method,constructed a mathematical model for uncertainty evaluation,analyzed the main sources of uncertainty,calculated the uncertainty introduced by each component,and synthesized each component.The results indicate that,when the aluminum content is 273 mg·kg^(-1),the expanded uncertainty is 21 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2).This method is suitable for uncertainty assessment when the initial sample concentration exceeds the range of the standard curve and requires dilution to obtain accurate results,providing a reference basis for quality control of detection results.
