在多兽药残留检测过程中,水产品的基质会影响目标峰的出现和识别,因此净化是关键的一步。本文综述了近年来水产品中多种兽药残留检测过程中前处理方法,并分析了各方法的优缺点,针对前处理技术的未来发展方向进行了展望,以期为提高兽药监管水平、保障水产品安全提供科学依据。

In the process of detecting veterinary drug residues,the substrate of aquatic products can affect the appearance and recognition of target peaks,so purification is a crucial step.This article reviews various pretreatment methods used in the detection of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products in recent years,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and looks forward to the future development direction of pre-treatment technology,in order to provide scientific basis for improving the level of veterinary drug supervision and ensuring the safety of aquatic products.
