摘要
本文从理论分析的角度,介绍了微生物检测技术的意义,明确了微生物检测技术的基础指标及特征。同时,梳理了微生物检测技术的方法类型及应用流程,以及微生物检测技术在食品安全检测中的应用,以期为人们的食品安全提供技术保障。
This article introduces the significance of microbial detection technology from the perspective of theoretical analysis,and clarifies the basic indicators and characteristics of microbial detection technology.At the same time,the types of methods and application processes of microbial detection technology were summarized,as well as the application of microbial detection technology in food safety testing,in order to provide technical support for people’s food safety.
