O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯的合成研究进展

摘要 以含磷化合物作为原料,通过硫化、氯代等方法合成高品质的O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯。本文将对多篇文献所报道的O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯的合成途径及中间产物进行归纳总结,并对比工艺流程的优、缺点,探寻高收率、低污染的优质工业生产方法。结果表明,目前所采用的生产工艺存在一定的改进空间,使用廉价低毒的原料可进一步降低生产所需的成本及“三废”的排放,为企业提高产品的经济效益提供了参考。 High quality O,O-diethyl thiophosphoryl chloride was synthesized by sulfurization and chlorination from phosphorus containing compounds.The synthesis route and intermediate products of O,O-diethyl phosphorothioyl chloride reported in many literatures were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of these processes were compared to explore a high-quality industrial production method with high yield and low pollution.The results showed that there was room for improvement in the current production process.The use of cheap and low toxic raw materials could further reduce the production cost and the emission of“three wastes”,which provided a reference for enterprises to improve the economic benefits of products.
