摘要
脱沥青油与溶剂换热器是溶剂脱沥青装置安全循环运行的重要设备,介绍了该换热器在检验过程中磁粉、常规超声和TOFD检测中发现的缺陷情况,进行金相检验分析,找出裂纹产生的主要原因是由于制造缺陷加上硫化氢应力腐蚀等多因素的共同结果,并采用声发射检测验证了裂纹活性严重程度;应用合于使用评价进行评定,为换热器正常运行提供了依据。
The deasphalting oil and solvent heat exchanger is an important equipment for the safe circulating operation of solvent deasphalting plant.The defects found in magnetic powder,conventional ultrasonic and TOFD inspection of the heat exchanger were introduced,the metallographic examination showed that the main cause of the crack was due to manufacturing defects and hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion.The activity of the crack was verified by acoustic emission(AE).The application of this method to the evaluation of heat exchangers provided a basis for the normal operation of the heat exchangers.
