关于药物结构教学的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice on Drug Structure Teaching

药物结构是药学专业的重点学习内容,是学好后续药物专业知识的基础。但药物结构内容复杂、结构抽象,运用传统的书面图片和文字描述进行教学,教学难度大、教学效果欠佳。因此,探索药物结构教学的新方法十分必要。以“反应停-沙利度胺”为例,借助ChemOffice、Mercury和Diamond软件建立可视化三维药物结构模型,利用此模型可以形象具体地阐述药物结构知识体系,提高教学质量。

The knowledge of drug structure is an important foundation of pharmaceutical knowledge and the key learning content of pharmaceutical specialty.However,the drug structure is complex and abstract.The classroom teaching effect is not good by using traditional pictures and literal descriptions.Therefore,it is necessary to explore new teaching methods of drug structure.Taking thalidomide as an example,a visual three-dimensional drug structure model was established with the help of ChemOffice,Mercury and Diamond software.Using this model,we could lecture the drug structure vividly and improve the teaching quality.
