摘要
要随着市场化的改革,单位大院逐渐让位于现代化共建共享社区,虽然单位社区逐渐解体,但其保留的全社会职能和社区服务能力仍受到社区居民的普遍认可。该文通过解读当下完整社区的工作目标,以后单位社区既有资产的完整性为依托,梳理社区内物质、环境、文化、人力四类资产特征,以完整社区的规划理念承接原单位社区“全功能性”特质,从激活存量物质资产、重组大院环境资产、识别单位文化资产、赋权动员人力资产四个方面提出后单位社区的资产更新方法。以成都市新桂东社区为例,针对社区内现有资产补充完善完整社区的建设要求,针对性提出相应的更新规划策略,以期为同类型后单位社区的转型发展提供更新路径的参考。
With the market-oriented reform,the unit courtyard gradually gave way to the modern community.Although the unit community gradually disintegrated,its retained social functions and community service capabilities are still generally recognized by community residents.In this paper we interpret the work objectives of the current complete community,and sort out four types of assets in the unit community:material,environment,culture and human resources,to undertake the"full functional"characteristics of the original unit community with the planning concept of a complete community.We put forward the asset activation of the unit community from four aspects:activation of stock physical assets,restructuring of courtyard environmental assets,identification of unit cultural assets,empowerment and mobilization of human assets.Taking Xinguidong Community as an example,according to the construction requirements of the existing assets in the community to supplement and improve the complete community,we propose the corresponding update planning strategy,so as to provide reference for the transformation and development of the same type of unit community.
