乡村旅游视角下海岛渔村聚落空间更新策略研究——以珠海大万山岛万山村为例

The Spatial Renewal Strategy of Island Fishing Village Settlements from the Perspective of Rural Tourism:A Case of Wanshan Village,Dawanshan Island,Zhuhai

要海岛渔村是我国的典型乡村类型之一,拥有传统渔业文明及聚落空间形态等宝贵文化遗产,是发展乡村旅游的重要阵地。该文以珠海大万山岛万山村为例,揭示当前产业发展情况,深入解析渔村聚落空间形态特征,总结在产业发展与空间规划两个层面的现状问题,并依次从选择产业发展方向、优化功能布局、整合新旧空间肌理、探索渔村综合体四方面提出空间更新策略,以期为相关的规划设计提供参考,从而促进海岛渔村旅游产业高质量发展。

The island fishing village is one of the typical rural types in China,possessing valuable cultural heritage such as traditional fishing civilization and settlement spatial pattern.It is an important position for the development of rural tourism.Taking Wanshan Village on Dawanshan Island in Zhuhai as an example,we reveal the current situation of industrial development,deeply analyze the spatial characteristics of fishing village settlements,then we summarize the current problems in industrial development and spatial planning,finally we propose spatial renewal strategies in four aspects:selecting industrial development direction,optimizing functional layout,integrating new and old spatial structures,and exploring fishing village complexes.The aim is to provide reference for related planning and design,and to promote high-quality development of the island fishing village tourism industry.
