“到前线去”:融合乡土遗产研究与空间改造利用的研究型设计教学探索——以江苏淮安北集乡大会堂保护修缮为例

To the Front:Architectural Education of Research-oriented Design Practice Integrating Vernacular Heritage Research and Space Renovation:Taking the Protection and Renovation of the Great Hall in Beiji Town,Huai'an,Jiangsu Province as an Example

要建筑设计的核心在于把握现实、解决问题,但设计教学中却常存在两个弊端:(1)对于当下现实议题的避而不谈,(2)聚焦设计空间操作的本身而拒绝社会学意义的延伸思考。在乡村振兴这一国家重点战略背景下,依托于公共建筑设计原理课程教学,该文聚焦于集体化时期乡村公社大会堂的保护修缮的议题,结合实地考察、提出改造策略等一系列教研活动的展开,培养学生“在现场中”发现问题、思考与判断的设计意识,同时提升学生田野调查的基础技能与自主研究的科研能力,突破传统设计原理课程偏重理论讲授的方式,探索一种理论与实践深度融合的教学模式。

The core of architectural design lies in grasping reality and solving problems,but there are often two drawbacks in design teaching:firstly,avoiding current practical issues,and secondly,focusing on the operation of design space itself and rejecting the extension of sociological thinking.In the context of the national strategy of rural revitalization,we focuse on the protection and repair of the rural commune hall during the collectivization period in the teaching of The Principle of Public Architecture Design.Through a series of teaching and research activities such as the on-site surveying,and proposing transformation strategies,students'design awareness of"on-site"problem detection,thinking,and judgment is cultivated,while improving their basic skills in field investigation and independent research capabilities.Breaking through the traditional"theoretical teaching"mode on the teaching of design principles,we aim to explore a new teaching mode that deeply integrates theory and practice.
