青年“群体绑架式”内卷的入局与破解

当今社会盛行的内卷现象其实质是青年在群体环境中的被动选择,即一种“群体绑架式”内卷。社会资源不足的现实根源、网络媒介导致的内卷幻象、青年个体自我实现的内在需要、群体模仿中的行为趋同以及“剧场效应”型的竞争模式是促成“群体绑架式”内卷形成的因素。“群体绑架式”内卷阻碍了青年对自我认同、自身生活状态和社群人际关系的有效把握,误导了青年的价值取向。要从青年需求端和社会供给端双方发力,破除因群体压力、媒介幻象、不合理的竞争模式等造成的“绑架式”内卷。

The essence of the phenomenon of neijuan(rat race)prevailing in today's society is the passive choice of youth in the group environment,that is,a kind of"group kidnapping"neijuan(rat race).The key factors contributing to the formation of"group abduction"are the realistic root cause of insufficient social resources,the inner illusion caused by network media,the inner need of individual self-realization of young people,the behavioral convergence in group imitation and the competition mode of"theater effect",which hinder the effective grasp and value support of young people's self-identity,their own life status and social interpersonal relations.It is imperative to make efforts from both the demand side of the youth and the social supply side to break the"kidnapping"caused by group pressure,media illusion,and unreasonable competition mode.
