文章在“大思政”格局下,厘清了高职院校劳动教育中蕴含的思想引领与身心健康、榜样激励与品格塑造、潜能激发与社会贡献等思想政治教育功能,分析了贯通劳动教育与思政教育的实践原则,从顶层设计、宣传体系、课程建设、师资队伍等方面探究高职院校劳动教育的思政功能实践路径,最终达到切实提升劳动育人质量,更好培育全面发展的时代新人的目标。

Under the“Great Ideological and Political”framework,this study clarifies the ideological guidance,physical and mental health,role modeling,character shaping,potential activation,and social contribution functions embedded in labor education in higher vocational colleges.It analyzes the practical principles that integrate labor education and ideological and political education.The study explores the practical path of the ideological and political educational functions of labor education in higher vocational colleges,covering aspects such as top-level design,publicity system,curriculum development,and faculty team.The ultimate goal is to effectively enhance the quality of labor-oriented education,nurturing well-rounded individuals for the contemporary era.
