RelyX^(TM)Unicem和Variolink N粘接剂对Brilliant Crios树脂基陶瓷剪切粘接强度的研究

摘要 本研究旨在评估新型树脂基陶瓷Brilliant Crios与牙本质的剪切粘接强度,并与Vita Enamic和Lava Ultimate两种常用树脂基陶瓷材料进行对比。实验选用第7代通用型自粘接树脂水门汀RelyX^(TM)Unicem和全酸蚀树脂水门汀Variolink N两种粘接剂。通过制备牙本质和瓷块样品,按照粘接剂类型和材料种类分为六组进行粘接实验。在万能力学试验机上进行剪切粘接强度测试,分析并比较不同组别的剪切粘接强度。实验结果显示,Brilliant Crios在两种粘接剂下的粘接强度均满足临床应用要求,与Vita Enamic和Lava Ultimate具有可比性。本研究为Brilliant Crios树脂基陶瓷在临床应用中的粘接性能提供了理论依据和参考。 This study aims to evaluate the shear bond strength between the novel resin-based ceramic Brilliant Crios and dentin,comparing it with two commonly used resin-based ceramics,Vita Enamic and Lava Ultimate.The experiment utilized two types of adhesives,the seventh-generation universal self-adhesive resin cement RelyX^(TM)Unicem and the total-etch resin cement Variolink N.Dentin and ceramic block specimens were prepared,and the bonding experiments were divided into six groups based on the adhesive type and material.Shear bond strength testing was conducted using a universal mechanical testing machine,and the shear bond strengths of different groups were analyzed and compared.The results showed that Brilliant Crios exhibited shear bond strengths that met clinical requirements under both adhesive types and demonstrated comparable performance to Vita Enamic and Lava Ultimate.This study provides a theoretical basis and reference for the adhesive performance of Brilliant Crios resin-based ceramic in clinical applications.
