安庆市市区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染情况调查

Investigation of Helicobacter pylori infection among urban medical examiners in Anqing city

目的:探究安徽省安庆市市区健康体检人群感染幽门螺杆菌(Hp)情况,以及感染后体内各相关细胞因子水平的变化。方法:在某医院进行健康体检的10008例健康体检者的血清为研究对象,采用免疫印迹法检测所有体检者是否感染幽门螺旋杆菌以及具体感染类型。结果:本市区幽门螺旋杆菌总体感染率为58.84%,其中HpI型感染率为33.99%、HpⅡ型感染率为24.85%。幽门螺杆菌感染率随年龄增长而增加,60~69岁感染率最高,70岁以上略有下降。相对于没有感染幽门螺旋杆菌的体检者,IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IFN-与TNF-α在感染者体内均有所升高,且差异具有统计学意义。结论:安徽省安庆市区健康体检人群中幽门螺旋杆菌的感染率与我国平均感染水平59%基本一致,且HpI型的感染率高于HpⅡ型。感染率随年龄增长而增加,60~69岁感染率最高。相关细胞因子水平的变化,也证实了幽门螺旋杆菌感染人体后,TH1型免疫应答确实发挥着重要作用。

Objective:To investigate the infection of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in the urban medical examination of Anqing City,Anhui Province,and the changes in the levels of various related cytokines in the body after infection.Methods:Sera from 10008 medical examiners who underwent physical examination at hospital were selected as study samples and immunoblotting was used to detect the presence of Hp.pylori infection and the specific type of infection in all medical examiners.Results:The overall infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in this area was 58.84%,of which the infection rate of Hp type I was 33.99%and the infection rate of Hp type II was 24.85%.The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori increased with age,with the highest infection rate in 60-69 years old and a slight decrease in people over 70 years old.Compared with those who were not infected with Helicobacter pylori,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,IFN-and TNF-αwere all elevated in the infected patients.Conclusion:The infection rate of Helicobacter pylori in the healthy population in Anqing is basically consistent with the average infection level of 59%in China,and the infection rate of Hp type I is higher than that of Hp type II.The infection rate increases with age,and the infection rate is highest at the age of 60-69 years.Changes in the levels of relevant cytokines also confirm that the TH1-type immune response does play an important role after Hp.pylori has infected the body.
