角药改善糖尿病肾病早期尿TGF-β1、L-FABP的疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of Tri-drugs on improving urinary TGF-β1 and urinary L-FABP in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy

目目的:探讨角药治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及对尿TGF-β1、尿L-FABP的影响。方法:选取61例2型糖尿病气阴两虚兼血瘀患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,另收集30例健康人群尿液标本作为基线组。对照组患者予以基础治疗,治疗组患者予以基础治疗+角药颗粒。观察两组患者治疗前后尿TGF-β1、尿L-FABP的水平;观察健康人群和不同白蛋白尿分期患者间尿TGF-β1、尿L-FABP的水平。结果:组内治疗前后及治疗后组间尿TGF-β1<尿L-FABP、中医证候积分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康人群与正常蛋白期患者间尿TGF-β1、尿L-FABP,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:角药可以改善患者临床症状,降低肾损伤因子水平;尿TGF-β1、尿L-FABP可以更早预测糖尿病患者肾损伤的发生,优于尿ACR。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of horn medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy and the effects on urinary TGF-β1 and urinary L-FABP.Methods:Sixty-one patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and another 30 urine specimens from healthy people were collected as the baseline group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the treatment group was given basic treatment+Tridrug granules.The levels of urinary TGF-β1 and urinary L-FABP were observed before and after treatment in the two groups;the levels of urinary TGF-β1 and urinary L-FABP were observed between the healthy population and patients with different albuminuria stages.Results:The differences in urinary TGF-β1,urinary L-FABP,and TCM evidence points before and after treatment and between groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Differences in urinary TGF-β1 and urinary L-FABP between healthy and normal protein phase patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tri-drugs can improve patients'clinical symptoms and reduce the level of kidney injury factors;urinary TGF-β1 and urinary L-FABP can predict the occurrence of kidney injury in diabetic patients earlier and better than urinary ACR.
