基于eCASH理念的护理模式在微血管减压术后患者中的应用

Application of the care model based on the eCASH concept in patients after microvascular decompression

目的:探讨eCASH理念的护理模式对微血管减压术后患者的疼痛、舒适度、睡眠质量、满意度的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法将2021年6月-2022年3月收治的50例患者为对照组,2022年4月-12月收治的50例患者为观察组。观察组患者采用eCASH理念的护理模式,对照组患者采用常规护理模式。观察术后第3天两组患者在舒适度、疼痛、睡眠质量、满意度方面的变化。结果:术后第3天,观察组患者Kolcaba舒适状况评分、满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.001),观察组患者疼痛程度数字评分(NRS)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSIQ)低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:eCASH理念的护理模式能有效减轻患者疼痛程度,提高其睡眠质量、舒适度及满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of eCASH concept nursing mode on pain,comfort,sleep quality and satisfaction of patients after micro-vascular decompression.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,50 patients admitted from June 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the control group,and 50 patients admitted from April to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The observation group adopts the eCASH concept nursing mode,while the control group adopts the conventional nursing mode.Observe the changes in comfort,pain,sleep quality,and satisfaction between the two groups of patients on the 3rd day after surgery.Results:On the third day after operation,the Kolaba comfort score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).On the 3rd day after operation,the number of pain scores(NRS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSIQ)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The nursing mode of eCASH concept can effectively reduce patients'pain and improve their sleep quality,comfort and satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion and use in clinic.
