快速康复理念在胸腰椎骨折围手术期护理中的价值

The value of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of thoracic and Lumbar vertebral fractures

目目的:探讨胸腰椎骨折患者围手术期实施快速康复理念的应用价值。方法:选取于某医院接受手术治疗胸腰椎骨折患者76例,采用抛掷硬币方式将患者分为参照组(38例,护理方式选用常规护理)和快速组(38例,护理方式选用快速康复理念护理),对两组护理效果进行比对分析。结果:参照组患者术后康复指标恢复时间长于快速组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预前JOA评分及疼痛评分比对,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,参照组患者JOA评分低于对照组,其疼痛评分高于快速组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组患者并发症发生率高于快速组,护理满意度低于快速组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腰椎骨折患者手术治疗围手术期采取快速康复理念可加快患者术后康复,改善胸腰椎功能,减轻术后疼痛,减少术后相关并发症,更易被患者认可,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of implementing the concept of rapid rehabilitation in patients with thoracolumbar fractures during the perioperative period.Method:76 patients with thoracolumbar fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected and admitted.The patients were divided into a reference group of 38 cases(using conventional nursing care)and a rapid group of 38 cases(using rapid rehabilitation concept nursing care)using a coin toss method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:the reference group had longer postoperative rehabilitation indicators compared to the fast group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in JOA score and pain score between the groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the reference group showed lower JOA score compared to the fast group pain score in the reference group were higher than those in the fast group,the reference group had a higher incidence of complications compared to the fast group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the reference group showed lower nursing satisfaction compared to the fast group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting the concept of rapid recovery during the perioperative period for surgical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures can accelerate postoperative recovery,improve thoracolumbar function,reduce postoperative pain,reduce postoperative complications,and be more easily recognized by patients.It has high clinical application value.
