情境依托式思考-角色带入法在剖宫产母乳喂养中的应用

Analysis on the application of context-dependent thinking-role bringing method in breastfeeding during cesarean section

目的:探讨情境依托式思考一角色带入法在剖宫产母乳喂养中的应用效果。方法:选择某医院行剖宫产的80例产妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法设为对照组与试验组,对照组产妇按剖宫产常规教育模式施教,试验组产妇在此基础上针对母乳喂养加用情境依托式思考一角色带入法干预,对两组干预后母乳喂养自我效能评分与产后各时段纯母乳喂养率等观察指标进行比较。结果:试验组剖宫产产妇干预后母乳喂养自我效能评分值和产后6周、3个月、6个月的纯母乳喂养率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用情境依托式思考一角色带入法对剖宫产产妇行母乳喂养干预,具备提升母乳喂养自我效能、产后6个月内纯母乳喂养率积极价值。

Objective:To observe the application effect of context-dependent thinking-role bringing method in breastfeeding during cesarean section.Methods:A total of 80 women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as study samples,and 40 women in even and odd wards were enrolled as control group and experimental group,respectively.The control group was taught according to the routine education mode of cesarean section,and the experimental group was treated with context-dependent thinking-role bringing intervention for breastfeeding on this basis.The self-efficacy score of breastfeeding after intervention and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding at each postpartum period were compared between the two groups.Results:The self-efficacy score of breastfeeding and the pure breastfeeding rate at 6 weeks,3 months,and 6 months postpartum in the experimental group of cesarean section women were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of context-dependent thinking-role bringing method to breast-feeding intervention for cesarean section women has positive value in promoting breast-feeding self-efficacy and exclusive breastfeeding rate within six months after delivery.
