大黄素甲醚悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析方法研究

Study on the Analytical Method for Physcion SC by HPLC

本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+0.5%磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用C 18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在225 nm波长下对试样中的大黄素甲醚进行分离和定量分析。结果表明大黄素甲醚的线性相关系数为0.9999;标准偏差为0.0071;变异系数为1.7%;平均回收率为99.89%。

Physcion SC was separated and quantitatively analyzed using reverse phase HPLC.The mobile phase comprised Methanol and 0.5%phosphoric acid solution,while a C 18 column and a DAD detector at 225 nm wavelength were employed.The results showed a linear correlation for Physcion at 0.9999,with a standard deviation of 0.0071,a coefficient of variation of 1.7%,and an average recovery of 99.89%.
