摘要
本文应用高效液相色谱串联质谱仪建立了柑橘中吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪4种新烟碱类农药残留的检测方法。样品由酸化乙腈提取,经PSA,C 18等材料净化后,过膜上机检测,采用空白基质标准曲线来降低基质效应的影响。结果表明,4种农药在0.005~0.2 mg/kg的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,定量限为0.005 mg/kg。此方法的加标回收率范围为85.0%~93.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为5.2%~7.2%。该方法能够有效检测柑橘中吡虫啉、啶虫脒、噻虫胺、噻虫嗪四种农药的残留,操作简便、结果精准、灵敏度高。
This paper presents a method for the determination of imidacloprid,acetamiprid,thiamethoxam and thiamethoxam in citrus using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile,purified by PSA,C 18 and other materials,and detected by the machine on the membrane.The blank matrix standard curve was used to mitigate the influence of matrix effect.The results showed a good linear relationship for the four pesticides in the concentration range of 0.005~0.2 mg/kg,with a limit of quantification of 0.005 mg/kg.The recoveries of this method ranged from 85%~93.5%,with an RSD ranging from 5.2%to 7.2%.The method proves to be a simple,accurate and highly sensitive approach for effectively detecting the residues of imidacloprid,acetamiprid,thiamethoxam and thiamethoxam in citrus.
