文章探讨了激光甲烷遥测仪在海上生产平台隐患排查方面的应用。传统的气体检测技术存在检测距离短、灵敏度低、故障率高等问题,而激光甲烷遥测仪通过激光吸收光谱技术,实现了远距离、高灵敏度的气体浓度测量。文章分析了该技术的优势,包括测量范围大、低故障率和可燃气泄漏监测效果的改善。通过案例分析,揭示了激光甲烷遥测仪在日常巡检和专项检查中的应用效果。它在提高检测范围、灵敏度和准确性的同时,也为平台的安全运行和稳定性提供了更强有力的保障。
This article explores the application of laser methane telemetry equipment in identifying hidden dangers in offshore production platforms.Traditional gas detection technology has problems such as short detection distance,low sensitivity,and high failure rate.However,laser methane telemetry instruments achieve long-distance and high sensitivity gas concentration measurement through laser absorption spectroscopy technology.This article analyzes the advantages of this technology,including large measurement range,low failure rate,and improved monitoring effect of combustible gas leakage.Through case analysis,the application effect of laser methane telemetry instrument in daily inspections and special inspections was revealed.It not only improves the detection range,sensitivity,and accuracy,but also provides stronger guarantees for the safe operation and stability of the platform.
