化工工艺设计中的安全风险因素及控制对策

摘要 近年来,化工行业呈现良好的发展趋势,但由于化工行业工艺路线复杂,化工物料往往具有高危险性等特点,生产过程中容易出现安全风险事故,因此必须科学规范性地进行化工工艺设计,使安全风险事故发生的概率有效降低。在此基础上,文章首先阐述了对化工工艺设计过程中安全风险控制的重要性,然后介绍了化工生产过程中风险的种类,并在此基础上提出了控制化工工艺设计安全风险的相关策略。 In recent years,the chemical industry has shown a good development trend.However,due to the complex process route of the chemical industry,chemical materials often have the characteristics of high risk,which is easy to appear safety risk accidents in the production process.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct scientif ic and normative chemical process design,so as to effectively reduce the probability of safety risk accidents.On this basis,this paper first describes the importance of safety risk control in the process of chemical process design,and then introduces the types of risks in the process of chemical production,and on this basis,puts forward relevant strategies to control the safety risk of chemical process design.
