摘要
冬天穿着的鞋子保暖性能测试尤为重要。文章分别采用SATRA TM 436:2010《整鞋保温率和御寒等级的测定》(脚模法)、GB/T 21284-2015《鞋类整鞋试验方法保温性》(钢珠法)及主观试穿评价法对整鞋的保暖性能进行了测试,并对三种测试方法的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,脚模法测得的御寒等级(H=5)与钢珠法测得的温降值及主观评分之间均具有高度相关性,相关系数分别为0.9217和0.8634;同时,温降值与主观评分之间也具有较好的相关性,相关系数为0.8548,而脚模法测得的热阻值与温降值及主观评分之间的相关性一般。
Thermal insulation performance test of shoes worn in winter is particularly important.Three test methods,SATRA TM436:2010 Determination of whole shoe thermal insulation value and cold rating(moulded test foot method),GB/T 21284-2015 Footwear-Test methods for whole shoe-Thermal insulation(steel balls method)and subjective fitting evaluation method,were used to test the thermal insulation performance of whole shoes.The correlations between above three test methods were discussed.It was found that cold rating value(H=5)tested by SATRA TM436:2010 has higher correlations both with temperature decrease measured by GB/T 21284-2015 and subjective fitting evaluation score,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9217 and 0.8634 respectively.Meanwhile,the temperature decrease is linearly correlated to subjective fitting evaluation score with a correlation coefficient of 0.8548.While,the correlation between thermal resistance value tested by moulded test foot method and temperature decrease and subjective fitting evaluation score is not as well as above.
