文章以培养服装与服饰设计专业高素质技术技能型创新教学团队为目的,在结合以往各专业核心课程研究成果的基础上,逐步进行专业教师培养,尝试在技能大赛常态化背景下,将信息化教学与项目教学、产业学院结合起来,对一些先进的教学方法与理念作进一步深入扩展的研究。针对高职学生的特点,按照服装企业设计师、制版师岗位知识和能力要求,将技能大赛及技能抽查标准融入课程教学内容,以服装的设计作为教学开展的切入点到成衣制作,再通过产业学院渠道将作品转换成商品,实施产学研销项目化教学。教学过程中融入市场需求和信息化手段,引入先进的教学理念和技能训练方法,以非遗时尚产业学院为平台,加强专业师资队伍技能培养,打造双师型教育团队,通过专业建设和改革,培养社会急需的技艺精湛的高素质技能应用型人才。

The article aims to cultivate a high-quality innovative teaching team with excellent technical skills in the field of fashion design.Based on the research outcomes of core courses in various disciplines,it gradually focuses on professional teacher training.It attempts to integrate information technology teaching with project-based learning and the collaboration with industry academies,aiming to conduct in-depth research on advanced teaching methods and concepts.With a focus on the characteristics of vocational school students and the knowledge and skills required for positions such as fashion designer and pattern maker in clothing companies,the article integrates the standards of skills competitions and skill spot-checks into the curriculum content.It starts with fashion design and extends to garment production,and then transforms the works into products through the channels of industry academies,implementing project-based teaching that combines industry,academia,research,and sales.Throughout the teaching process,market demand and information technology are incorporated,and advanced teaching concepts and skill training methods are introduced.With the Non-Heritage Fashion Industry Academy as a platform,it strengthens the skills training of the professional teaching team,creates a dual-teacher education team,and through professional development and reform,cultivates highly skilled and application-oriented talents who meet the urgent needs of society.
