嫁接番茄的耐盐性筛选及综合评价

摘要 土壤次生盐渍化是引起作物减产的重要非生物胁迫因素之一。因此,建立耐盐高效评价和筛选技术体系对耐盐番茄砧木选育和栽培技术的开发具有重要意义。本研究以‘青恋1号’番茄为供试接穗品种,自嫁接(G0)或嫁接在25个番茄砧木(G1~G25)品种上。在对照和盐胁迫条件下,测定砧木品种在发芽期、幼苗期和大田生长期时的主要农艺性状并利用数学模型进行多重分析。通过相关性分析,发现盐胁迫下嫁接番茄产量与发芽期和幼苗期相关指标呈显著正相关。通过主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析,可将砧木划分为耐盐性极强、较强、良好、中等和较差五个等级,并得出综合排名。通过回归分析,获得耐盐性综合评价指标和产量相关的回归方程。综上,本研究筛选出‘青抗1号’‘韩国砧木1号’和‘金棚砧木一号’为三个耐盐品种,并在此基础上,对砧木耐盐性进行了分级,确定了苗期核心耐盐指标,建立了嫁接番茄的耐盐性筛选及综合评价技术体系。 Soil secondary salinization is one of the important abiotic stress factors that affect the crops yields reduction.Establishing an efficient evaluation and screening technology system for salt tolerant tomato rootstocks has great significance for the breeding of salt tolerant tomato rootstocks and the development of salt tolerant cultivation techniques.This study used'Qinglian 1'tomato as the test scion variety,self grafted(G0)or grafted on 25 tomato rootstocks(G1-G25).Determined the main agronomic traits of rootstock varieties during germination,seedling,and field growth stages under control and salt stress conditions,and conducted multiple analyses using mathematical models.Through the correlation analysis,it was found that the yield of grafted tomato under salt stress was significantly positively correlated with the germination period and seedling period.Through the analysis of principal component,membership function,and cluster,rootstocks can be classified into five grades:very strong,strong,good,medium and poor salt tolerance.Through regression analysis,the comprehensive evaluation index of salt tolerance and regression equation related to yield were obtained.In summary,we screened'Qingkang 1','Korean rootstock 1',and'Jinpeng rootstock 1'as three salt tolerant varieties,and based on this,we graded the salt tolerance of the rootstocks,determined the core salt tolerance indicators during the seedling stage,and established a salt tolerance screening and comprehensive evaluation technology system for grafted tomato rootstocks.
