推进共同富裕进程中杭州工会普惠服务模式研究

Research on the Inclusive Service Model of Hangzhou Trade Unions in Promoting Common Prosperity

在共同富裕进程中,推进工会普惠服务是工会组织贯彻落实共同富裕国家发展战略目标的重要使命。目前,杭州工会普惠服务正处于深化发展期,需进一步构建覆盖面更广、精准度更高、可持续性更强、高效协同更好的工会普惠服务模式,为助力高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区城市范例贡献杭州工会的力量。我们通过对杭州工会普惠服务发展现状的实地调研,分析梳理了当前杭州工会普惠服务存在的问题和面临的挑战,并在此基础上提出了构建需求驱动的工会普惠服务发展模式及相应的保障策略。

In promoting common prosperity,promoting inclusive services for trade unions is an important mission for trade unions to implement the national development strategy of common prosperity.Currently,the inclusive service of Hangzhou trade unions is evolving and facing several challenges,including coverage,accuracy,sustainability,effi ciency,and coordination,so as to contribute the strength of the Hangzhou trade union to help the high-quality development and construction of a city example of a common prosperity demonstration zone.Through the fi eld investigation of the development status of inclusive service of trade unions in Hangzhou,we analyzed and sorted out the current problems and challenges of inclusive service of trade unions in Hangzhou,and on this basis,we put forward the construction of a demand-driven development model of inclusive service for trade unions and the corresponding guarantee strategy.
