返乡创业浪潮下我国农村产业人才供需失衡问题与对策——基于产业融合模式的考察

On Problems and Countermeasures of Imbalance Between Supply and Demand of Rural Industrial Talents in China Under the Wave of Returning Home for Entrepreneurship:Based on Six Industrial Integration Modes

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,我国返乡创业群体规模逐渐壮大,成为促进农村产业发展的主要力量。在此返乡创业浪潮下,面对不同的农村产业融合模式,我国农村产业融合发展面临着人才供需失衡问题。在供给方面,返乡创业人员劳动技能水平、教育背景以及创业就业动机明显不同。在需求方面,不同农村产业融合模式下对产业人才需求的数量规模、技能结构也有所差异。分析产业人才供需缺口及其差异性,有针对性地引进和培育各类急需人才,可为我国农村产业融合发展提出相关政策建议。

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the scale of entrepreneurial groups returning home in China has gradually grown and has become the main force to promote the development of rural industries.In this wave of returning home to start businesses,facing six different modes of rural industrial integration,the development of rural industrial integration in China is facing the imbalance between supply and demand of talents.In terms of supply,labor skills,educational background and entrepreneurial employment motivation of returning entrepreneurs are obviously different.In terms of demand,there are also differences in the quantity,scale and skill structure of industrial talents in different rural industrial integration modes.Analyzing the gap between supply and demand of industrial talents and their differences,and introducing and cultivating all kinds of urgently needed talents in a targeted manner can put forward relevant policy suggestions for the integrated development of rural industries in China.
