舷外机油的发展近况和趋势

Development Status and Trends of Outboard Engine Oils

随着我国舷外机保有量的增加,舷外机油将迎来广阔的发展空间。目前国际上普遍认可经美国船舶制造商协会(NMMA)认证的舷外机油,但国内对舷外机油认证工作认识不足,针对此种情况,文章重点阐述了舷外机油规格的发展和变化,同时分析了舷外机油不同于车用机油的性能要求,初步探讨了为满足舷外机油润滑性能、清净性能、防锈性能、混溶性能以及低温流动性能等各项性能而采取的技术路线。在此基础上,对舷外机油的国产化道路提出了一些指导性建议。

With the increase in the number of outboard engines in China,outboard engine oils will usher in broad development space.At present,National Marine Manufacturers Association(NMMA)certified outboard engine oils are generally recognized internationally.However,the certification work of outboard engine oils is lack of recognition in China.In view of this situation,the paper focuses on the development and change of outboard engine oil specifications.In the meanwhile,it analyzes the differences between outboard engine oils and automotive engine oils,and preliminarily discusses the technical route adopted to meet the performance requirements of outboard engine oils,such as lubricity,detergency,rust prevention,miscibility and low-temperature fluidity and so on.Based on the above,some guiding suggestions are put forward for the localization of the outboard engine oils.
