边疆治理视域下我国治边历史档案多元化编纂研究

Research on Diversified Compilation of Historical Archives of Chinese Border Governance from the Perspective of Border Governance

边疆治理已成为我国维护边疆安全稳定的重大举措,发掘治边历史档案在经济、政治、文化、社会、安全、生态与海疆治理等领域的丰富内涵,开展多元化编纂工作,可为边疆治理提供档案信息支持。针对我国治边历史档案编纂存在的自编成果多、编纂方法滞后等问题,阐述多元化编纂要素与逻辑框架,可从主体协同化、资源数据化、方法数字化与服务精准化等方面创新编纂工作。开展治边历史档案多元化编纂,对推动编纂工作数字转型、提供优质档案汇编服务、维护国家领土完整与边疆稳定发展有现实意义。

Border governance has become a major measure to safeguard the security and stability of Chinese border areas.Exploring the rich connotation of the historical archives of border governance in the fields of economy,politics,culture,society,security,ecology and maritime governance,and carrying out diversified compilation work can provide archival information support for border governance.In view of the problems existing in the compilation of historical archives of Chinese border governance,such as too many self-compiled achievements and lagging compilation methods,this paper expounds the diversified compilation elements and logical framework,which can innovate the compilation work from the aspects of subject collaboration,resource data,method digitalization and service precision.It is of practical significance to carry out the diversified compilation of historical archives of border governance,to promote the digital transformation of the compilation work,to provide high-quality archival compilation services,and to maintain the territorial integrity of the country and the stable development of the border areas.
