Archives Information Resources Empower the Construction of Digital Army

本文从数字化视角出发,分析档案信息资源与军队建设间的关系,对档案信息资源、档案数据、数字军队概念及其相互间的联系进行研究界定,并在此基础上构建档案信息资源赋能数字军队建设的认知模型,梳理归纳当前军队档案工作在数字军队建设中作用发挥的现实情况,进一步探讨赋能运行机制,提出赋能实现路径,为档案信息资源服务保障军队数字化转型发展提供思路和参考。

From the perspective of digitalization,this paper analyzes the relationship between archives information resources and military construction,studies and defines the concepts of archives information resources,archival data,digital army and their interconnection.And on the basis of above,the paper builds a cognitive model that archives information resources empower the construction of digital army,sorts out and summarizes the current situation of the role of military archival work in the construction of digital army,further explores the operational mechanism of enabling,and proposes the realization path of empowerment to provide ideas and references for the service of archives information resources to ensure the development of military digital transformation.
