High quality development requires the establishment of quality economics with Chinese characteristics to guide it,with theoretical foundations including Marxist political economy theory and quality management theory.The basic categories of quality economics with Chinese characteristics that guide the development of a strong quality country and high-quality development include the relationship between quantity,quality,and efficiency,the relationship between quality,use value,value,cost,and benefit,the relationship between quality,technology,management,and innovation,and the relationship between micro,meso,macro,and open.The research object of quality economics with Chinese characteristics is to use the theories and methods of economics to study the basic laws and determining factors of micro,meso,macro,and open quality issues based on the attributes of quality economy,providing theoretical basis and value judgments for the high-quality development of Chinas economy and the development of a strong country with quality.Adapted to the micro economic activities,meso economic activities,macro-economic activities,and international economic activities in the operation of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the research content includes micro product quality,as well as meso economic operation quality,macro-economic development quality,and opening up quality.Based on the research content,the theoretical framework of quality economics with Chinese characteristics that guides the development of a strong quality country and high-quality development includes five major parts:the basic principles of quality economics,the quality economics analysis of microeconomic activities with Chinese characteristics,the quality economics analysis of meso economic activities with Chinese characteristics,the quality economics analysis of macroeconomic activities with Chinese characteristics,and the quality economics analysis of open economic activities with Chinese characteristics.
