资本主义经济全球化的各种内生性矛盾的激化和爆发导致了逆经济全球化的出现,逆经济全球化与资本主义经济全球化的内在逻辑都体现和遵从着资本的逻辑,产生于资本主义经济全球化中的逆经济全球化,在本质上体现了对资本主义经济全球化的辩证否定,是经济全球化在资本主义性质占主导地位阶段的辩证否定式发展。“一带一路”的深层逻辑生发于逆经济全球化之中,二者属于经济全球化的不同发展阶段,“一带一路”的出现确证了经济全球化的辩证否定式发展。“一带一路”从经济全球化的推动主体维度、利益分配维度、国际分工维度,实现了对逆经济全球化的历史性超越:在推动主体维度,“一带一路”否定了资本的主体地位及其对劳动的宰制,确认了劳动阶级的主体地位;在利益分配维度,“一带一路”否定了“中心—外围”式的不平等利益分配模式,重新构建了一个更为公平合理的利益分配模式;在国际分工维度,“一带一路”否定了“中心—外围”式的国际分工格局,重新塑造了一个更为公正平等的国际分工格局。
