摘要
以贵州德余高速公路第四合同段隧道工程中的青杠坡隧道为工程背景,深入分析了穿越强岩溶发育与煤系地层隧道的施工关键技术与通风技术。其中瓦斯段施工需根据围岩等级的不同采用预留核心土环形开挖法和台阶法两种方式进行开挖,岩溶地段施工需对溶洞进行相应技术处理;通过对隧道所需通风量进行计算,给出了相应通风方案,结合相关施工经验,总结了一套通风管理方案。
Taking Qinggangpo Tunnel in the fourth contract section of Deyu Expressway in Guizhou as the engineering background,the key construction technology and ventilation technology of tunnel through strong karst development and coal measure strata are deeply analyzed.In the construction of the gas section,the ring excavation method and the step method should be used according to the different grades of the surrounding rock,and the corresponding technical treatment should be carried out for the karst cave in the construction of the karst section.According to the calculation of the required ventilation volume of the tunnel,the corresponding ventilation scheme is given,and a set of ventilation management scheme is summarized according to therelevant construction experience.
