摘要
以某特大型桥梁施工项目为研究案例,根据桥型结构布置方案选用前支点挂篮+悬臂浇筑施工技术方案,落实不同工况下桥梁主要构件应力分布情况的验算,证明施工方案设计的合理性与可靠性。在此基础上,分别围绕挂篮安装、堆载预压、挂篮前移、结构调整与悬浇作业5个环节梳理现场施工技术要点。最终桥梁变形监测结果表明,该桥梁各测点的沉降量均控制在允许范围内,符合施工质量要求。
Taking an extra-large bridge construction project as a case study,according to the bridge structure layout scheme,the front fulcrum hanging basket+cantilever pouring construction technology scheme is selected to implement the checking calculation ofthe stress distribution of the main components of the bridge under different working conditions,which proves the rationality and reliability of the construction scheme design.On this basis,the main technical points of site construction are sorted out respectively around five links:hanging basket installation,pile preloading,hanging basket forward,structure adjustment and suspension pouring.The final deformation monitoring results show that the settlement amount ofeach measuring point ofthe bridge is controlled within the allowablerange andmeets the construction quality requirements.
