县级城市公交发展水平均衡性——以浙江省为例

The Balance of Public Transport Development Levels in County:Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

摘要 为提升县级城市公交发展水平提供相关决策依据,支撑浙江省高质量共同富裕示范区建设,开展公交发展水平均衡性研究。利用浙江省53县(市)的公交车辆规模、公交线网运营里程、人口规模、经济规模及建成区面积等数据,定量分析公交发展水平均衡性及影响因素。研究表明,浙江省全域县级公交发展水平越来均衡性,但是11个地级市的县域公交发展水平组内差距越来越大。城市公交发展水平均衡性受到经济水平、人口规模和建成区面积等共同因素的影响,其中经济水平和人口规模有正向促进作用,建成区面积有抑制作用。 Provide relevant decision-making basis for improving the level of public transport development in county-level cities,support the construction of high-quality common prosperity demonstration areas in Zhejiang Province,and carry out research on the balance of public transport development levels.Using the data of bus vehicle scale,bus network operating mileage,population size,economic scale and built-up area of 53 counties(cities)in Zhejiang Province,quantitative analysis of the level of public transport development balance and influencing factors.The research shows that the development level of county-level public transport in Zhejiang Province is becoming more and more balanced,but the gap between the development levels of county-level public transport in 1l prefecture-level cities is increasing.The balance of urban public transport development level is affected by common factors such as economic level,population size and built-up area.The economic level and population size have a positive promoting effect,while the built-up area has an inhibitory effect.
