以港口建设为引擎,推动新亚欧陆海联运通道标杆示范建设,是连云港港口发展的战略方向。为实现这一战略目标,连云港港口发展需要全面完善海港枢纽功能,着力强化联运战略通道,切实提升港航服务水平,加快建设的国际枢纽海港,服务“一带一路”建设。同时,连云港港口需要积极融入长三角世界级港口群发展体系,建设与长三角主要港口的战略联运通道,深化与上海港合作共赢的战略伙伴关系,开创港口和航运物流高质量发展新篇章。

Taking port construction as the engine,promoting the benchmark demonstration construction of the new Eurasian land sea intermodal transportation channel is the strategic direction for the development of Lianyungang Port.To achieve this strategic goal,the development of Lianyungang Port needs to comprehensively improve the function of the seaport hub,focus on strengthening the strategic channel of intermodal transport,effectively improve the service level of port and shipping,accelerate the construction of an international hub seaport,and serve the construction of the"the Belt and Road".At the same time,Lianyungang Port needs to actively integrate into the world-class port cluster development system of the Yangtze River Delta,build strategic intermodal transportation channels with major ports in the Yangtze River Delta,deepen the strategic partnership with Shanghai Port for win-win cooperation,and create a new chapter of high-quality development in port and shipping logistics.
