河南省扩大交通有效投资的路径

On Expanding Investment of Henan Transportation Sector

本文对比分析了河南省交通固定资产已完成和计划完成投资,对研判河南省扩大交通投资形势。结果表明,公路为河南省近年来交通固定资产投资高位运行并稳步增长的核心支柱;“十四五”时期,河南省交通投资结构基本合理,但规模仍有提升空间,铁路、航空投资力度仍可加大。借鉴相关省份扩大交通投资的经验和主要做法,提出河南省扩大交通投资路径,为支撑稳住经济大盘、促进经济社会持续稳定运行提供交通运输保障。

This paper give a comparative analysis of the completed and planned investment in the transport fixed assets in Henan province,showed that the highway was the core pillar of the high level and steady growth of the transport fixed assets investment in recent years.And during the period of the 14th five-year plan,the investment structure of transportation in Henan province was basically reasonable,but the scale still had room for improvement,and the investment in railway and aviation could stil be increased.By referring to the experience and main practices of the relevant provinces,it was put forward the path of the expansion of transportation investment to provide transportation service guarantee for supporting and stabilizing the economic market and promoting the sustainable and stable operation of the economy and society.
