全程化职业生涯规划教育创新路径研究——基于对浙江省20所大中小学校的调研

Research on the Innovative Paths of Whole-process Career Planning Education——Based on the Investigation of 20 Universities,Middle and Primary Schools in Zhejiang Province

摘要 根据教育高质量发展的新要求,职业生涯规划因其对学生成长发展的重要作用,逐渐受到学校和家庭的重视。但现有的职业生涯规划教育主要侧重于大学生群体,缺少对初等教育和中等教育学生群体的关注。本文提出全程化职业生涯规划教育的新思路。通过梳理浙江省20所大中小学校的职业生涯规划教育现状,总结归纳不同教育阶段的共性问题和个性问题,并从各阶段重点任务把握不精准、教育内容和过程衔接不顺畅两方面剖析其内在原因,最终基于职业启蒙、专业探索、职业定位三个关键核心,探讨全程化职业生涯规划教育的创新路径,展现职业生涯规划对促进大学生就业的积极效应。 According to the new requirements for high-quality development of education,career planning is gradually receiving attention from schools and families due to its important role in promoting students'growth and development.However,the existing career planning education mainly focuses on college students,and lacks of attention to primary education and secondary education students.This article proposes a new idea of whole-process career planning education.Through combing the current situation of career planning education in 20 universities,middle and primary schools in Zhejiang province,this article summarizes the common problems and individual problems in different stages of education,and analyzes the internal reasons from the inaccurate grasp of key tasks in each stage and the poor connection between educational content and process.Finally,based on the three key cores of career enlightenment,professional exploration,and career orientation,this article explores the innovative paths of whole-process career planning education,which will reflect the positive effect of career planning on promoting the employmentofcollege students.
